The bathroom was about 5/10 last visit, this time 0/10. I stayed in a different room this time, but with an even worse bathroom. The communal areas - lobby, bar, lounge have clearly been renovated and are clean and modern. The rooms are small and the bathrooms gross. The bathroom is mouldy, aged, has limescale grime and marks, not very clean, and really should have been replaced or put out of use. My colleagues have shared mixed reviews, some bathrooms as bad as mine, others a bit better. I travel to Rome often but will never stay here again.Show More

The concierge service was spectacular. Excellent recommendations and help. We asked for help for a last minute transfer to the train station and they were on top of it. But we through them a curve ball by telling them we got the time wrong and needed it 30 min sooner. He was on the phone with a driver and confirming arrival every few minutes. He got us there with a lot of time to spare! This is the hotel I will use on every trip to Rome!Show More
