We had to contact the reception desk to ask for toilet paper, shower caps, additional soap. The entire ambience of the hotel was one of austerity that cannot be understood. For instance, the beautiful hotel lobby is totally naked, no armchairs, no plants or flowers, no furniture at all. Ditto with the hallways. The breakfast was also austere (one could even call it cheap). Just two kinds of sliced bread, no vegetables, eggs as an extra. The dining room is beautiful, a hotel this fine could provide a richer breakfast. The personnel is the best you can imagine. Always friendly, attentive and ready to help. The room and all facilities are spotless, clean and comfortable. The hotel is expensive and could be a little bit more generous with the small details.Show More
