I was attending a conference for 3 days in Turin and stayed at the NH Lingotto Congress. This hotel use to be the original Fiat car manufacturing factory. What an amazing hotel, from the minute I wal...I was attending a conference for 3 days in Turin and stayed at the NH Lingotto Congress. This hotel use to be the original Fiat car manufacturing factory. What an amazing hotel, from the minute I walked in reception, to be greeted with a warm friendly Italian welcome. Loved the classic Fiat in the foyer. The hotel is huge, the room was so big and spacious. Shower was so good and the bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, bar service and drinks in the evening were delightful and great table and bar service by the staff. The only negative, was for such a big hotel, the gym was quite tiny. The positives, a great place to stay, very cosy and the best part, were the staff, they were so genuinely friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. A huge thank you to the reception staff, who always greeted me with a smile and greeting every time I walked in and out. They were pleasantly helpful in giving recommendations and directions for places to eat and places of interest to visit. So a huge thank you to the reception staff, Guilia, Elena and Alesio, there was another man, whose name I didn't get, but I think it was Sylvio. I will certainly stay here again next time I visit Turin.Show More
