So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around. Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English. Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous with young child around. Since this hotel also has onsen facilities, we got to experience Japanese bath and hot spring water. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. Dinner was great with wide variety of food. Breakfast selection could be better.Show More

The onsen is great though! The restaurants look and feel as school cantines. But the food was excellent.
