The l...We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to the Noku Cafe staff who accommodated our dietary restrictions for breakfast. The level of cleanliness in the room, hallways and lobby puts to shame hotels that charge at least double in Europe, the US and Canada. We had no issue with noise level at all and the bed was so comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary slippers and pajamas and that the bathroom was equipped with a bidet. The location was excellent as it is steps away from the Marutamachi - Karasuma subway and bus stations which made navigating around Kyoto really easy. We most certainly would book here again if we return to Kyoto. Show More
