However, my overall experience was disappointing. We had requested early check-in, and although they allowed it just two hours before the regular time, the staff insisted that we write a TripAdvisor review before giving us the room. This felt extremely unprofessional. The room itself was another issue. The lighting was terrible — barely two small lights, and we practically needed a flashlight to see anything. The room walls were dirty, and the towels provided were smelly. Even after repeatedly requesting fresh towels, none were sent. One of the most concerning incidents was housekeeping entering our room at 9 AM while we were sleeping. This is completely unacceptable. I also ended up losing 1–2 pieces of clothing from the room, which made me very uncomfortable. We had booked a smoking room, and although the hotel claims to be smoking-friendly, there is absolutely no ventilation. The smoke just lingers inside the room and bathroom, making it extremely difficult to stay. Overall, despite being a budget hotel, the experience was far below expectations. There are several other properties in a similar price range that offer better service and comfort. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Novotel Bangkok.Show More

Not only did she help me with an early check-in after a long journey, but she also went above and beyond to assist with recommendations throughout my trip. From places to eat to hidden local spots, her suggestions made a huge difference. The hotel itself is perfectly located—right in the heart of the city with easy access to transportation, shopping, and all the main attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quieter than I expected for such a central location. The staff overall were warm, professional, and truly customer-focused. Whether you’re in Bangkok for business or vacation, Novotel Bangkok offers a great blend of convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be staying here again!Show More

Not optimal. Very good sleep quality Glad to see that the pool has been improved. Pool floor done and no sunbeds in water. 1. But still not enough sunbeds and parasols. If there were no space I'd understand, but there is alot empty space where you can place sunbeds 2. Last but not least - the water was icecold . In a city where the temperature is around 25-33 degrees in the shade (24 hours) . Somebody must take the heat out of the water to heat up something else I actually heard some customers complaining loudly about these 2 issues. But I think the management will rectify this until I will return again. I really like this hotel.Show More

We were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic! Room service was a treat, especially for early morning coffees when you didn't want to venture out too soon. But the food was also great! Lots to see and do locally and a few great massage places with good prices. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible! The pool on level 9 was great to relax in. We had drinks on the sky lounge (rooftop) which were delicious! The king size bed was super comfy! We requested to book a taxi via reception to get us to suvarnabhumi airport and the cost was only 500 baht. Very reasonable and we felt better knowing it was booked in advance.Show More
