There is no valuing of the Accor All membership and you feel anything but ...I’ve noticed this can be the case quite often in North American Accor hotels and something Accor probably needs to look into. There is no valuing of the Accor All membership and you feel anything but special - especially when you’re platinum. We’ve now stayed in 6 Accor properties in North America and haven’t received a single complimentary upgrade (stays ranging from 2 nights - 6 during the week and weekends). For this one the room was old, dated and smelt musty. Towels were old and threadbare. Sheets were thin with holes. You get the gist. Drilling above our head started early in the morning and there was no warning from the front desk. Do they care? Clearly not. About all we can say is that it’s a good location.Show More
