Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. Het personeel was oprecht vriendelijk, attent en altijd bereid om een stapje extra te zetten. Onze kamer was sfeervol, ruim en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, met een prachtig uitzicht dat elke ochtend opnieuw een cadeau was. De serene sfeer van het resort zorgde ervoor dat we echt konden ontspannen en genieten van elkaar. De faciliteiten waren uitstekend: het zwembad was heerlijk.Show More

Onun dışında ufak tefek aksaklıklar oluyor ancak personel çok hızlı aksiyon alıp düzeltmek için elinden geleni fazlasıyla yapıyor. Sabah 10, akşam 10 şoförlü araçları olması ve Seminyak içerisinde dilediğiniz yere götürüp sonrasında sizi dilediğiniz zaman almaları harika bir hizmet. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli (Türkiye ile kıyaslamamak lazım, Bali otelleri arasında ortalama üzerinde). Size özel havuzu yüzmek için değil ama serinlemek için yeterli. Biz memnun kaldık.Show More
