Nos encantó que el hotel fuera pet friendly, ya que viajamos con nuestras mascotas y en todo momento nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Las instalaciones están limpias, cómodas y con un diseño moderno que hace muy agradable la estancia. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de todo y con fácil acceso al transporte público. Pudimos movernos por Madrid sin ningún problema. En general, fue una experiencia muy buena: servicio de primera, habitaciones cómodas y un ambiente muy agradable.
