A pochi giorni dall'inizio del soggiorno ci viene i...Questa recensione non si riferisce all'hotel ma a come l'hotel ha affrontato e risolto professionalmente un inconveniente potenzialmente disastroso. A pochi giorni dall'inizio del soggiorno ci viene infatti comunicato che a causa di necessità di manutenzione la bella stanza vista cascate che avevamo scelto non sarebbe stata disponibile. La soluzione proposta è stata quella di spostarci all' Hilton, situato a poca distanza dall'Oakes Hotel, Abbiamo accettato e la stanza che ci hanno assegnato era all'altezza, se non superiore, a quella precedentemente prenotata, con una meravigliosa vista sulle cascate canadesi ed americane, interrotta solo dalla mole del Casinò. Lo spettacolo dei fuochi serali dalla stanza è stato davvero bellissimo. Per compensare il disagio del cambio dell' hotel ci è stata offerta anche una ricca colazione presso Applebee's, un bonus davvero gradito! Complimenti al personale che ha gestito tutta la procedura!Show More
