The location was perfect as we needed to be close to the Wildlife Habitat for the early Breakfast with the birds experience. We were able to order pizza at the restaurant for our evening dinner and eat in our room. The beds are very comfortable!Show More

Our apartment was newly refurbished and looked lovely - fresh, modern and spotless. While the resort is older, it’s clearly well cared for and has a really relaxed, welcoming feel. Would definitely return! Staff were great, very friendly - only a 5 min drive from the main street of port douglas and onsite restaurant was good. We had breakfast included and it was a solid meal each morning.Show More

Although our rooms were not next to each other, they were close by and had all that we needed with the space. Beds were actually comfy. Pool was amazing for all the kids (3, 7 & 8) although the hot weather made the pool warm but did not deter us. Swim up bar was great to have. Breakfast was your standard bacon and eggs type buffet with fruit and pastries. Would recommend the Oaks, always a treat to stay at and worth the money. Staff are friendly and helpful, has all the amenities you need and close to the city centre.Show More
