When we spoke about it they said nobody has complained before and we did upgrade you. We didn't ask to be upgraded and all was offered 20% refund.Show More

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und uns selbst versorgt. Kleiner Convenience -Store in nächster Nähe Die Rezeption hatte sich kurz vor der Anreise nochmal per E-Mail gemeldet und letzte Wünsche bezüglich des Appartements abgefragt, die allesamt erfüllt wurden.
