First I was taken to my room ( huge) with bathroom ( huge) But the Air conditioner did not work. Then I tried to get a connection with my phone. It did not work either nor the T.V. Called front des...First I was taken to my room ( huge) with bathroom ( huge) But the Air conditioner did not work. Then I tried to get a connection with my phone. It did not work either nor the T.V. Called front desk. A young man came up and brought a step ladder to look at the A/C. No cool air. Then he tried to set up the T.V. No go for it, or my phone. Was offered a room change. Talk about going from an "arena" to a "broom closet". Tiny bathroom! I have cruised with more room in the bathroom then this one! As the old saying goes, you can shave, poop and shower all at once! The door to the shower stall was a door that slid close, but it was a great fit! The floor was covered in water after every shower. Meaning I had to use the extra towels to soak it up. The sink would not drain. Tried every thing to get it to work. The poor room attendent had to, some how, get it drained with my teeth brushing mess in it. I do not think that it was just a "me" problem. I do not understand why the room attendents did not report these issues to management, so they could be fixed. The Bed was the final straw. It was the worst bed I have ever slept in in any foreign country. It sould never have been offered to a paying client!! Each day my back got sorer and sorer. The day I left I could hardly stand up straight my back was so painful! The restaurant up on the roof "hand washes and hand dries" the dishes from the dining room! ( with a towel that had not seen bleach for quite some time, if ever) You had to be very careful with the coffee/tea cups and check for stains. Could not believe my eyes on seening this take place, right in the dining area!! Not sure about the other hotels. (and maybe even restaurants around the area might do this as well) This was a big turn of for me!! I come from Canada and this would not be allowed here!Show More

The buffet breakfast, ohh my I loved 😍 My sons favourite food at breakfast was steamed rice as he is so so fussy with foods 🤣 Ohh and he loved the pancakes 🥞 😋 The housekeeping was always done so well and the staff do an amazing job keeping the hotel clean and our room whilst we stayed there 😀 Thank you for all the help when we needed 🙏 ❤️ It's difficult for both of us at times as I only speak English and I understand most Balinese people don't understand much English or speak this. The One, Legian was all that. The staff were delightful and breakfast was included and was very tasty with a broad selection of foods and drinks. We initially had a smaller room on the Ground floor. The bathroom was smaller than we expected and the shower flooded. My hubby joked that he could clean his teeth while sitting on the toilet. The bedroom area was simple and I couldn’t reach the hangers in the robe recess despite being 1.7m tall! Only there for four days, we decided to splurge and upgraded to a suite on the third floor which was spacious and comfortably appointed. We couldn’t get the TVs to update and allow us to purchase movies. Overall, we would stay there again.Show More
