I absolutely loved my stay here. Firstly, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe, even at night. Of course, you always need to keep your wits about you! But the area was calm and well lit at...I absolutely loved my stay here. Firstly, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe, even at night. Of course, you always need to keep your wits about you! But the area was calm and well lit at night. The 7/11 opposite is also really convenient, and bigger and more well-stocked than some of the others I went to during my trip. I stayed in the double room with a city view, and the views were incredible and I found the room very spacious. Lovely bathroom with a very nice, deep bathtub. I only used the bath/shower once, because I used the rooftop onsen every night! The onsen was one of the best experiences of my life. It was very, very relaxing and clean. I have read some reviews about the onsen being crowded, however I went either before 7am or between 7pm-12am and I was only ever with 3 other girls at most. It really is a beautiful experience and I feel so lucky! Super relaxing once you leave the onsen in your yukata to have cold water and ice cream with the city view and beautiful music. I had read some reviews beforehand about the staff being unhelpful, but I found the complete opposite to be true. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and helpful, and I think just generally if you are nice to people they will be nice back ;) Also, I arrived too early to check-in, and they stored my luggage for me (which is just kept in the lobby, but I didn’t mind). I went out for an explore and then came back at 3pm for my check-in and they had taken my luggage to my room which was appreciated. Just a side note, but I would recommend taking a walk around Shinjuku Gyoen National Park if you’re too early to check in. I didn’t have the breakfast because I am vegetarian, so I can’t comment on this. (I did see a review saying that they requested a vegan breakfast, though). I didn’t go to the bar/restaurant area which I regret, but I was quite busy in the evenings and I knew I wouldn’t dine there anyway due to being veggie.Show More

Lo mejor sin dudas es el onsen, tiene unas vistas buenísimas a la ciudad, hay una baño interno y uno al aire libre, no apto para tímidos hay que entrar totalmente desnudos. En el mismo piso hay otro espacio en común con mujeres con sillones y vistas para relajar. Para moverte en los espacios del hotel y en el onsen, te dan unos kimonos con un canastito para tus pertenencias.Show More
