We stayed at The Opus for a week when visiting family in Vancouver. The location was perfect for us, right in the middle of Yaletown and when we transferred from the airport the hotel was very close ...We stayed at The Opus for a week when visiting family in Vancouver. The location was perfect for us, right in the middle of Yaletown and when we transferred from the airport the hotel was very close to Yaletown Roundhouse Station which was perfect for us dragging heavy suitcases. Check in was smooth and as our son and daughter in law had come to meet us, they were given a glass of sparkling wine each as well as us which was a lovely touch. We loved our room, it was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. The bathroom was large and well appointed too with nice shampoo etc in canisters on the wall. We only ate breakfast on site a couple of days because we were out and about and it didn't always fit in with our timings. Breakfast was lovely but $30 doesn't go very far when you factor in drinks as well.Show More

I left my backpack in the taxi that dropped me at the hotel. Laptop, iPad, chargers, all the electronic things I needed on my trip. Laptop, iPad, chargers, all the electronic things I needed on my trip. I asked the front desk if it had been returned as I didn't know what company I had used from the airport. Kaveh at the front desk looked at the video footage from when I got dropped off, found the company, called them and got my backpack delivered to the hotel. Such a relief. He really went above and beyond for my dumb mistake. Room was also great, and it is within a block of great restaurants. Would recommend if you need a place in yaletown.Show More

Received a warm welcome and a glass of sparkling rose on arrival which was a nice touch. Our room was large and thoughtfully appointed with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Fabulous shower and large bathroom. Breakfast had a limited choice, but the actual food was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.Show More

Upon check in we were greeted with a welcome drink which kicked off our trip in the right way. We asked that they bring it to the room and they delivered with a smile! We also called the front desk for a couple of other favors and they were quick to serve us at our room in 10 min or less! The valet was quick as well. We were disappointed to hear that the e bikes weren’t available yet, but ubering around is very reasonable. Room was clean and quaint! We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!Show More
