It was the most unpleasant moment while staying at the hotel. First, we had to argue with the hotel staff about the rooms that we had booked. We believed and proved by email reservation that we had bo...It was the most unpleasant moment while staying at the hotel. First, we had to argue with the hotel staff about the rooms that we had booked. We believed and proved by email reservation that we had booked 2 rooms when they said its only one. Second, the shower at the bathroom was scary and it seems dangerous since the hotel using the gas to made the hot water for shower. When its turn on, it was made strange noise. And the third, we were experiencing fire accident in the house residence next to the hotel. So we and our car need to be evacuated in the middle of the night. We strongly suggest that the hotel management pay attention to safety treatment not only within the hotel but also with neighbors surround since the hotel located in residence area and attached close to its neighbor wall side by side.Show More
