I had a minor injury during the trip, and the care and concern the staff showed truly touched me. They checked on me every day, and when we returned to our hotel, I found a lovely gift and a heartfelt message wishing me a speedy recovery. I’ve never met people who care so deeply about their guests. This cruise wasn’t just about luxury and great service... it was about genuine warmth and humanity.
