First the rooms. - well appointed w...3 Star advertised as a 5 star This hotel, while on the outside is quite nice in a great neighborhood, is so deficient in so many aspects that is is hard to start. First the rooms. - well appointed with a full kitchen but the lack of sound proofing is a problem. One can hear everything in the hallway as well as the street, Wireless Road. Ask for a room not on the street. Was very difficult to sleep. Also, the mattress is incredibly thin and lumpy. Second the service - was turned away from downstairs restaurant my first night. I had gotten there pretty late and tried to get a bite to eat around 9:30 but was told to order from room service. Went to 7-11 instead. Next morning asked where the creamer was for the coffee. Told hotel does not have little creamer packs but will send up some. Room service first arrives with a coffee. Second try is warm milk. Finally called restaurant and was told cream is only used in cooking! Settled for milk. Third the food - had to send 2 breakfast entries back as they were uneatable. Pancake were so thick and doughy that I only had one bit. Eggs Benedict tasted like chalk. Fourth the gym - plenty of cardio but weight are pathetic. They put in one of those Technogym machines that tries to do everything but accomplishes nothing. The best part is a foam barbell that weighs about 20 lbs, in case anyone wants to imitate Hans and Frans. All in all a very disappointing stay. Will never stay here again.Show More

What made the experience truly exceptional were two outstanding team members: Khun NK, who checked me in, and Khun Jie, who checked me out. I stay in many hotels, and this was honestly one of the best, most professional, efficient, and guest-focused check-in/check-out experiences I have ever had. These moments are often routine or even painful in some properties, with staff mainly focused on systems rather than the guest. Here, it was the opposite — everything was smooth, thoughtful, and centered around the guest. Truly impressive. Even more noteworthy, Khun Jie went out of her way in the morning to help me with a request that was not part of her role. She didn’t have to do it, yet she took the initiative and delivered support with genuine kindness. Exceptional service like this deserves to be highlighted, and both Khun NK and Khun Jie are real gems. All other staff I encountered were also very friendly and helpful, and the facilities themselves are truly five-star — spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. A wonderful stay from start to finish. Highly recommended.Show More

The service was absolutely exceptional – every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely attentive. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the location is great – close to shopping and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. The gym was more than sufficient for a good workout, and the breakfast was excellent with high-quality options and plenty to choose from. In short: the best service we have ever experienced and truly one of the finest hotels we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended!Show More
