I stayed in the junior suite and was allowed to check in early as it was available.. The hotel's breakfast area offers a delicious variety of Vietnamese and Western options, catering to all tastes. It was raining and the street in front of the hotel was blocked off so Bob accompanied us to ensure we met a grab at the correct location. Breakfast is good but there is no dining for dinner. Very charming and quaint atmosphere would definitely stay again if travel brings me back to Hanoi. show more

Staff fulfilled many little extra wishes with a smile. Rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms with "balcony" face a quiet courtyard, rooms with "city view" the market street.show more
