Our trip was only supposed to be one night, and from the moment we arrived the experience was a complete disaster. Check-in took 45 minutes, even though there were only a few people ahead of us. I had booked the wrong day but corrected my reservation date days in advance—called three times and verified online that it was updated. When we arrived, it had not been switched. The front desk staff refused to correct it there and made me rebook and told me to call the next day to cancel the incorrect reservation. After finally receiving keys, we got to the room and the door wouldn’t unlock. We had to find a security guard (who was the ONLY helpful employee in the entire hotel), and when he opened the door we were horrified: the room was filthy, beds unmade, stains on the mattress, and blood all over the bathroom. Completely unacceptable. Back downstairs we went—another 30-minute wait—only to be treated like a burden for bringing up such a serious issue. We requested a manager and were told there wouldn’t be one in the hotel until 8pm. When we met with the manager later that night, he spoke broken English and he had no idea what happened and was already dealing with another guest who was describing a situation similar to ours. He thought we were the guests that had the problem he was aware of and didn’t understand that it was a different situation. He seemed irritated that we were even speaking to him. His response to everything was essentially, “Were you compensated?” with zero concern or apology. We were given two $25 food vouchers that could only be used at Steak ’n Shake and barely covered two meals and two shakes. This hotel clearly has major issues with cleanliness, communication, and customer service. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no care for guest safety or wellbeing. Upon arrival, I was subjected to an extended wait of approximately one hour and fifteen minutes for check-in. The hotel casino was characterized by an unpleasant smoky odor. Furthermore, only one of the three elevators operating between the hotel and its rooms was functional, resulting in significant wait times. The parking garage also had only one operational elevator. The rooms and hallways exhibited a noticeable lack of cleanliness, indicating inadequate maintenance. The rooms were outdated, with the only redeeming feature being the presence of a mini-fridge and microwave. However, upon opening the fridge to store beverages, an unpleasant odor and a lack of cleanliness were evident, prompting me to purchase a mini-cooler to maintain the cold temperature of my drinks. The microwave was also in need of cleaning. Given the high cost of my stay, I found the level of cleanliness to be unacceptable. I had requested additional towels and housekeeping services, but neither was provided. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this establishment, particularly for families with children. In the future, I will prioritize cleanliness and opt for a more reputable hotel.Show More

I’ll never used OYO or reservation desk ever again. If you pay the room rates and the garbage resort fee they charge you a fool! This place isn’t worth a resort fee. Absolutely disgraceful practice and trash company. I’ll be verifying who owns OYO hotel and casino and use none of their properties or services. Nothing but a ripoff scam by both companies. If you reserve a room at this trash place make sure you protect yourself with cancellation protection or just avoid them altogether. You can get better rooms for the price they’re trying to charge. Also the lady at the front desk is a trash employee. Slow and zero help. Oh and they want to charge you insane fees for parking. This is a slumlord hotel and casino.Show More

Got a gaming credit - never played video slots before so asked for help. Person was not helpful and very unfriendly - didn't play slots any more after that. Room didn't have fridge of coffee maker - said we needed to upgrade for $50 a day to get that. My 2 travel companions were on teh same rate and they both got rooms with refridgerators. One of our companions checked out and went elsewhere as their AC was super noisy and they couldn't sleep and they got no maintenance folks show up to help fix it.
