I read the reviews and called about the broken elevators the week before they promised they were fixed,they lied. You can use the one elevator but they let an operator take up half the elevator sitting in a chair inside. it is so easy to fix. Take the guy out of the elevator so we don’t have to wait so long . It’s so far to get to stairs. I waited 20 min to get an elevator and took my chances in the horror show stairs.
So as a single woman I was forced to walk 3 flights of creepy dirty dark staircase with urine in corner. Front desk said I had to pay if I wanted a coffee machine or fridge like some ghetto twilight zone. The staff and cleaners were wonderful but dismissive when I asked to pick up a coffee machine. Also nowhere to get coffee. My room was modern nice quiet and cheap probably because my window view was trash boxes.I wont go back but hope you gofundme for some coffee machines soon. The cheap room was not worth all the hassles.wish you well.

1/10 They need to shut down and remodel this hotel before opening up for business.
I liked that the location is on the strip… walking distance also a beautiful view of the city and lights.

Good location opposite MGM Grand. The casino area itself was ok, staff helpful on the blackjack tables. Much cheaper than any other hotel in LV, but you find out why

1/10 Disgusting
The bathroom was disgusting. It had not been cleaned. The tub when you took a shower would not drain and the water was discolored. I went and told them and they said they would remove $10 from my bill and to make sure the do not disturb sign wasn’t on my door so they could fix the tub. They never did. I told them that the $10 removal was a joke and I would be calling to speak to a manager. I had pictures and the worker didn’t even want to see. Other guest said their rooms were disgusting too, so I didn’t even want to switch. I just bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself. The lid on the toilet tank was too big and not steady at all. It was just gross. All of it.

Good location, large clean room, friendly staff, the entire hotel is dated, you can see some wear here and there, but the prices reflect that. I knew what to expect, no surprise there, i was in town just for the Nascar race and i did not need any high-end fancy place.

2/10 DONT STAY AT OYO. Deposit not refunded
I stayed at Oyo in Feb 2025, upon arrival we had to pay an extra $300 deposit for the room which was fine I had no dramas about. On check out I got told it would be 3-5 days to receive my deposit back. It’s now been a month and I have nothing, I have rang multiple times and had little help. Even had employees hang up on me when asking about the deposit. I eventually got a reference number from the hotel for the funds and was asked to ring my personal bank as it was there issue with the funds apparently but my bank had no evidence that the hotel had tried to pay me. AVOID THIS PLACE

2/10 Just say no!
I would only stay here again if it was free. Only 1 elevator worked for the entire property and it only went up to the 10th floor. We had to walk up to our floor which was not easy with my thigh that is half missing after a surgical infection. While the front desk people were adequate they were not helpful. We were unable to switch rooms and no compensation was given. Other guests were credited resort fee and others given drink credits. We were given nothing when kindly asking. Like I said, I would not stay again unless it was free. Would only recommend to worst enemy if I had one.

4/10 Guesses should not have to pay for parking and staff should not be rude n change prices at the end while your tags says
Can’t believe u have to pay as a guest for parking and realize til I received a notice on my window wasnt told about it upon arrival
My sister was handicap and no sign display to pay for parking.
Your staff in curio shop was rude. I purchased a souvenir for 11.99 and was charged $15 and went to asked about why the price changed and said those price are wrong and she threw a fit about it and told me to leave. I mean that’s not right.

2/10 WORST EVER EXPERIENCE
My stay at the OYO hotel is THE WORST EVER hotel experience I have ever had in my life.I will definitely not be returning. From being assigned a different room after not being able to access my room on 3 separate attempts, to having the fire alarm go off at 3am and having to exit the hotel only to be told it was a false alarm, to having the 1 elevator that was working break down and not being able to access my room on the 15th floor for 4 hoursAND rude front desk staff, the OYO is a s*&$ show to say the least. Do not stay here, your life may be at risk!

1/10 Avoid this Hotel
I booked this room for my colleague travelling to las Vegas for work. He was charged a smoking fee of $566 when he doesn't smoke and has never smoked. He was shown a graph of the alleged sensor picking up smoking in the room, no alarm set off just a graph showing high levels of smoke for one hour of the day. This is definitely a scam and would recommend everyone to be careful when booking this hotel. When my colleague spoke to the staff to challenge the fee he was told there was nothing they could do and to speak to our card provider

5/10 Mixed review
Upon first arriving at checking, staff member wasn't very polite or helpful. I found all other staff except the check in staff really polite and helpful.. Rooms had no tea and coffee making facilities, and no fridge in room either. Air conditioner was extremely loud and couldn't run at night. Room wasn't attended to daily, went to lobby everyday for toilet paper. Due to lack of room servicing, everyones room garbage was left in corridor. Only plus was that it was around the corner from the strip, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

2/10 RUN do not walk away from this place
Our room had no furniture...yes, you read that correctly ! A bed. That's it. The safe was broken, doors on wardrobe didn't slide. The curtains were hanging off their rods. The floor in bathroom was sticky :( walls paper thin. ONE elevator out of 6 was working. So 99% of the time we climbed 6 floors of stairs. Staff kept saying "we'll get you a new room" (never available over 4 days) NEVER AGAIN !

5/10 Ok for a night
We used it as a first stop of our road trip and it fulfilled its purpose. At the check-in we were told that the room we booked was not available anymore. So we got two queen size beds instead of one king size, which was a bit of a pity as a couple. So just don't expect to get the room you booked on here. The heater was very loud and we had to turn it off at night, which resulted in a rather cold sleep.

1/10 Very disappointing with everything that happened
My stay at the Oyo casino was horrible. I paid for two queen beds and the individual at the front desk said he was upgrading my family to a better room and my wife and I were really looking forward to seeing the upgraded room and ended up getting a one bed queen room plus a horrific view

Horrible could not ever get staff to bring me what I needed for my room. Never came in and cleaned my room when I asked them to. Things were broken in my room asked them to come fix never came and fixed. One elevator for the whole hotel working the whole time we were there.

Absolutely awful. They were supposed to fix the TV. I never even had a television all the time I was there in the room. None of the amenities weren’t. It just was bad. They even had someone sitting in the elevator, pushing the buttons because the buttons were broke, didn’t feel safe. Stay away.
