In una struttura non modernisima e che necessiterebbe di qualche manutenzione, la differenza la fanno il personale ultra-cortese, sorridente e professionale ed una super-colazione inclusa nella tariffa e davvero completa di tutto. Segnalo il barman Enzo che sa intrenere e servire i clienti con un sorriso anche a tarda serata: bravo!show more

St...Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswahl an frischen und sehr guten Produkten. Auf Wunsch wurde der sehr gute Cappuccino von der grösseren Maschine des Hotels serviert. Das Doppelzimmer im 5. Stock hatte ein Fenster gegen den Innenhof und es war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel liegt rund 2 km vom Zentrum und ist in 25 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe des Hotels, welche zum Bahnhof, Metro und Zentrum fahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut erklärt, wie man ins Zentrum und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt. Zum Geburtstag meiner Frau wurde eine Überraschung ins Zimmer gestellt, was sie sehr gefreut hat.show more
