... even while I calmly tried to add to the conversation since the hotel booking was literally in my name... we were gobsmacked and disgusted with his behaviour. He claimed the errors made by Palace Station are common in the hotel/ hospitality industry and repeatedly asked my friend what is it she wants him to do about it (even though it wasn't her booking or payment card used to book the hotel stay), as opposed to offering a viable and appropriate solution to our complaints which is ridiculously poor customer service. Note, we asked for a partial refund for our stay and he refused despite one of his front of desk reports telling us it may be possible once we speak to the manager (himself), of which we waited 30mins for him to be available (unclear if he was at lunch, he just wasn't available) only to be met with degenerative service. Ariel did, however, break his stonewalling spell to accuse me of recording him when flipped open my phone then proceeded to loudly state that he didn't consent to being reocrded and everything is captured on their CCTV. This was extremely rude and bizzare as I was not recording, I flipped phone (Samsung flip) open to scroll on Instagram given I was being profiled, ignored, silenced yet called aggressive for speaking at a a normal, British octave. My friend and I were fundamentally not rude nor argumentative, just frustrated with the repeated issues throughout our stay (not all listed above) and we were treated terribly for asking the hotel to provide an appropriate resolve. Avoid this hotel at all costs as the front of desk customer service is abysmal and quite frankly, racist buffoons.Show More
