From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The suites were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for a family of four. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and luxury touches made it feel like a true home away from home. What made this trip unforgettable was combining our stay with the Backstreet Boys show at the Sphere. The Sphere itself is breathtaking — a one-of-a-kind venue that took the concert experience to a whole new level. Seeing the Backstreet Boys perform in such an immersive and visually stunning space was a dream come true, and staying at The Palazzo gave us the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Between the outstanding service, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the unbeatable location on the Strip, The Palazzo exceeded all of our expectations. We can’t wait to return and make even more memories here.Show More

I went to Vegas to accompany my daughter since she went to The Backstreet Boys concert at The Sphere. I have not been making trips to Vegas due to how expensive and greedy the town has gotten. (i.e. daily resort fees of $60 and parking $20. Buffets $60+. Rewards at casinos are stingy.) Instead I have been spending my money closer to home at Indian casinos. No charge for parking, small or no resort fees, clean and friendly staffs, and lots of perks (free rooms, $40 play money, $25 for food and no smoking in hotel or casino.) This is for a person that is not a huge gambler. I was a Vegas lover and have the money to spend, but not at the "rip off" prices being charged in Vegas! Until 20 years ago Vegas was great. Corporate greed and mega hotels have ruined the charm.Show More

We had to ask for our room to be serviced on more than one occasion and when it was the service was a bit lacking. Toiletries not being topped up for example, bath mats been taken and not replaced etc. Also, we were on the club level and the Prestige Club at the Palazzo was frankly appalling. Drinks service was taking in excess of 20 minutes, tables remained uncleaned for around 90 mins (counted 16 uncleaned tables on one evening). Food was not replenished or was non existent. Wrong drinks were served. The staff themselves were apologetic but just not enough of them there to cope. After several poor experiences, we tried the Prestige Club at the Venetian and this was a world apart and couldn't be faulted. In short, avoid the Prestige club at the Palazzo and use the Venetian instead. Show More

Definitely will return and recommend to family and friends. Just don’t eat at Milo’s, bad service…asked for name room number phone number etc when we arrived, unlike any other restaurant and I didn’t see them do this to the other few customers arriving…didn’t have red snapper which is already on a limited menu…waitresses working together were rushed and forgetful without a lot of diners, even forgetting to take our cocktail order, we noticed after the food arrived thinking we’d ordered…very expensive crab cake was cold and not good but stated on menu as Maryland style…we were asked if we had Venetian rewards while the dinners next to us were asked if they’d like to charge the tab to the room…very different service than everywhere else in the Venetian.Show More
