I usually stay in the historic center, and this hotel is near the Spanish Steps, so I did not know the area but it was a perfect place to stay. The hotel is very sophisticated and spotlessly clean, the rooms and bathrooms are lovely, and the staff are incredible. I also have to mention Patricia, who was delightful, but really, all of the staff were excellent. And man oh man, can they make exceptional Aperol Spritzes. We had a great stay here and I would DEFINITELY stay here again.Show More

It has a perfect location, super modern design, and a team that really makes you feel at home. Stefano was amazing from start to finish as he got us a room on short notice and couldn't do enough for us. I happen to leave a shirt behind and he found it and sent it to our place in Florence. Superior service and super appreciated Stefano. Patricia is so wonderful and always willing to help us out. The rooftop terrace is amazing and the guys up top really make sure you have what you need. Always remember our drinks for aperativo each time we visit. Also, has beautiful sunset views! Housekeeping was so warm and always had everything in order. Madeleine is a star! She is the conductor of the breakfast and like the conductor of the orchestra, she makes sure everything is in tune. From your morning cappuccino to whatever it is you may desire, she will do her absolute best to make sure you have it. She does all this with a constant smile and an infectious laugh! Thank you once again, Madeleine. If you are looking for a perfect location with a warm family feel, look no further because the Palazzo Nainer is tops!! The Gasparello family!!Show More
