I had planned to write this review during my stay, but I was having so much fun, I decided to wait until I got back to Louisiana. I absolutely have to tell you the manager, Syreeta Ellis, is TOP TIER....I had planned to write this review during my stay, but I was having so much fun, I decided to wait until I got back to Louisiana. I absolutely have to tell you the manager, Syreeta Ellis, is TOP TIER. November 2025 is our 2nd stay at The Palms in Vegas. There was an issue with the bathroom in our room back in May 2025 (our first stay) . Syreeta was very professional and so kind, she quickly had us moved to another room, which we loved so much that we requested the same room this time in November, and Syreeta remembered us from our first stay. The room we requested was available, and Syreeta honored our request. We were in the same exact room!!! How beautiful is that!!! Syreeta was once again so kind and professional, we love her hospitality and look forward to seeing her every time we come to Vegas! Our stay was wonderful! Syreeta's kindness was a great start to 3 nights of fun, fun, fun! We dined at both the A.Y.C.E Buffet (Janice, our server for brunch was outstanding), and the Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse ( Danny and the entire bar crew are outstanding as well, we told Danny we would see him next year). My mom and I enjoyed Babyface in concert Friday night, and I enjoyed Babyface again on Saturday night. What a treat! I need to mention that we brought Team Babyface some homemade pralines, and Syreeta followed Palms protocol so precisely, and Babyface sent his team members/security staff to your front desk and securely delivered our holiday pralines to Team Babyface. We got several thumbs up from the stage that they enjoyed the Louisiana treats. Next time, we plan to bring a batch for the Palms front desk staff because everyone is so polite, professional, and helpful. Syreeta Ellis, you have set the bar high in our minds, we will stay at The Palms every time we come to see Babyface in concert. What a time! Excellent hospitality, thank you so much, Palms Resort!!
