I absolutely have to tell you the manager, Syreeta Ellis, is TOP TIER. November 2025 is our 2nd stay at The Palms in Vegas. There was an issue with the bathroom in our room back in May 2025 (our first stay) . Syreeta was very professional and so kind, she quickly had us moved to another room, which we loved so much that we requested the same room this time in November, and Syreeta remembered us from our first stay. The room we requested was available, and Syreeta honored our request. We were in the same exact room!!! How beautiful is that!!! Syreeta was once again so kind and professional, we love her hospitality and look forward to seeing her every time we come to Vegas! Our stay was wonderful! Syreeta's kindness was a great start to 3 nights of fun, fun, fun! We dined at both the A.Y.C.E Buffet (Janice, our server for brunch was outstanding), and the Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse ( Danny and the entire bar crew are outstanding as well, we told Danny we would see him next year). My mom and I enjoyed Babyface in concert Friday night, and I enjoyed Babyface again on Saturday night. What a treat! I need to mention that we brought Team Babyface some homemade pralines, and Syreeta followed Palms protocol so precisely, and Babyface sent his team members/security staff to your front desk and securely delivered our holiday pralines to Team Babyface. We got several thumbs up from the stage that they enjoyed the Louisiana treats. Next time, we plan to bring a batch for the Palms front desk staff because everyone is so polite, professional, and helpful. Syreeta Ellis, you have set the bar high in our minds, we will stay at The Palms every time we come to see Babyface in concert. What a time! Excellent hospitality, thank you so much, Palms Resort!! Until next time, wishing your entire staff Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and a very Happy New Year! Gins Norton, Hummingbird Promotions LLC.Show More

I ...I’m so sad to be writing this, but the Palms is unclean and horrific. I stayed here back in March and brought MANY guests with me for me for my wedding. I had very special memories with this hotel. I booked with the Palms again for Halloween weekend and had the worst experience at any hotel. Our 1st room had AC that did not work, as well as bodily fluids stained all over the floor and furniture (see photo). We kindly asked for the AC to be checked, hours later it was not fixed, and we were moved rooms. The 2nd room seemed okay until we discovered sewage overflowing into our sink. Yes, that is other people’s vomit in our sink. We had to throw out toothbrushes and wash items near it as the whole room smelled disgusting. Very frustrated we asked for help and were placed in a new room. We had brought friends with us who also had blood stains, no AC, and also had to move rooms 3 times. It was incredibly embarrassing but most embarrassing of all was how the assistant manager Bita treated us. She did not apologize for any of the problems we encountered, told us we were not deserving of our room being comped and only offered to cover resort fees (pools are closed & half the restaurants are closed) and a single $50 food credit for our entire 4-day stay. There was no empathy, and most concerningly, there was no shock or even interest in looking into what is happening with these rooms. This whole thing is SO sad because our amazing memories are tainted by this. We ourselves work in customer service and couldn’t imagine treating customers this way. Especially returning and loyal customers. Please stay elsewhere if you do not want to be at risk of bodily fluids including blood, vomit, and private fluids.Show More

I was invited for a complimentary 2 night stay. While checking in I slid my license with a $100 bill under it to the young lady and asked if there were any upgrades available. There was and I also paid the $51.00 a night upgrade fee. I walked into a two bedroom suite that was over the top. The room was beautiful. I enjoyed the stay, enjoying the time spent. Winning and losing while gambling I lost about ,$2,000 but had fun. After I checked out I got my deposit back the next day. That night my card was charged another $72.00. I called to inquire about the charge and nobody had a solid answer for me. After getting the run around for days and multiple calls to the Palms and a few calls received and after speaking to the managers of multiple departments I finally had an answer. I was told that during my stay a charging stand for one of the tablets that operate the room was missing. EXCUSE ME??? Why would I take a charging block for a tablet I have no tablet for? This is a $50 charge and since it is through the butler service it also has a tip automatically added to it. So I was called a thief and I also tipped for this experience making the total 71 and some change. I disputed this charge to everybody I could and I was not heard in the least. I got nowhere. I feel so disrespected and powerless. I had a great time and spent money there over the 2 days I spent there. To be so disrespected after my checkout blows my mind. I’ve been going to the Palms for 25 years. My brother was the hotel manager for years and I will not be going back there. I will also be posting this review everywhere possible. How disrespectful !Show More
