As a first-time card member, I'm extremely satisfied with the outstanding service of Ms Shirly Manuel at the Rewards Club - she's the 'manuel' labor that makes customer service shine brighter than the Palms Hotel's bright lights. She went beyond her customer service by giving me and my sister the options about the hotel promotions, and was diligent and very detailed, explaining the offers with the precision of a hotel 'check-in' genius. Thank you Palms Hotel for making our stay a delightful experience that was the 'pick' of our vacation. We will definitely be back for a 'suite' deal.

The room was a great value, the staff was great, and the off the strip location was great. The food options are awesome, there is a little something for everyone on site and plenty of options nearby. Although I did not get an opportunity to check out the spa, the resort fee for the casino was not bad and parking is free.

9/10 A fabulous but also affordable high end option for a Vegas getaway with kids.
Great location & facilities. Very clean & well presented. was able to be a-joining rooms for the family. The stay included valet parking which was an excellent service.

10/10 Outstanding stay.
My husband and I celebrated our 46 wedding anniversary.
Our room was beautiful and our housekeeper Violetta Osario was outstanding!
She was very friendly and very detailed oriented.
We enjoyed all of the restaurants here at the Palms, great service, and outstanding food

The room was comfortable with a good view. Sarah Alcantara cleaned our room during our stay. Very clean and very put together. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the A/C did not cool the room enough so we woke up sweaty both nights we slept there. Bathroom was beautiful and it was very comfortable.

We loved that it wasn’t in the strip! The strip is nice, but it was great being away from chaos at night! Was accessible to local shops, food, and facilities. The hotel itself was amazing, staff were great, rooms were clean and was safe!

Outstanding staff. You gave certain expectations of a Las Vegas institution, and the Palms did not disappoint. The bartenders and security staff were friendly and helpful. None of us ever felt like a burden to them. Would happily return to this hotel again.

Every morning I come down and have breakfast at the cafe. Mike/Michelle runs the counter area/bar. He is really the center piece of the restaurant. He really does an awesome job, super polite and helpful. Stop by and say hello to Mike/Michelle

I just got upset about the pool that is closed during my stay and that is my daughter purpose of coming with me😞 also the casino never let me won a bit😫 but its ok fun experiences.

When we first walked into the room, our immediate response was WOW, this room looks big! We liked the choice of colors for the room and the way they had everything arranged. It looked more business casual. It was so clean and inviting. It has a Keurig coffee machine in the room! Nice view of the pool area. A copy of the TV Channel Lineup. The real winner for us in the room was the bed! My husband Ricky and I had our BEST sleep in that bed. The mattress was perfect in every way. It was so comfortable and so relaxing. Did not do any tossing or turning trying to find just the right position because the bed felt so good. We only spent one night in the Palms Casino Resort, but what a wonderful night we had! The rest of the week we spent at their sister property Palms Place.

The location was good and the staff was good. The guy that fixed the heat was amazing and the staffer that gave me an extra key to find my phone was great as well.
