We stayed at Palms City Resort for the last three nights of our three week trip in Northern Territory. We only booked it a few days in advance so were lucky to get a room as it had been sold out when ...We stayed at Palms City Resort for the last three nights of our three week trip in Northern Territory. We only booked it a few days in advance so were lucky to get a room as it had been sold out when I'd looked previously. It was the perfect hotel for the end of our trip - right in the heart of downtown, just a block from the main street but on the esplanade next to a park. The grounds were beautiful with lots of luscious foliage and palm trees. Our room, number 251, was on the upper floor of a two storey building near reception and was spacious and very nice. The bed was comfortable with lights and sockets on both sides (always a big plus point). There was a small balcony area with table and chairs. The windows had louvre shutters on which added to the overall tropical feel. We also had a small kitchenette with fridge/freezer and sink. There was a nice pool which was lovely and warm even at night.Show More

The pool was clean and hubby enjoyed the pool bar. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming! I needed more pillows which they provided. Aircon worked well!
