Nice central hotel near the chairlifts. The room was ok we booked a studio room for 3 with a pulldown Murphy bed which was surprisingly comfortable. However my daughter had a sofa bed which we had to ...Nice central hotel near the chairlifts. The room was ok we booked a studio room for 3 with a pulldown Murphy bed which was surprisingly comfortable. However my daughter had a sofa bed which we had to makeup ourselves by moving furniture so we could access it (it was very squeaky but comfortable). We also had a the fire in the room which was supposed to work with the heating but it didn't seem to ever look like a fire only a flame. The note said it worked with the heating but no matter how high the heating went nothing changed, it just showed the flame, even the staff we unhelpful in this matter as they just said it works along with the heating. Whistler was pretty deserted as it was the crossover from summer to winter. However the restaurants and shops were all open it was just the gondola closed. We thought the hotel lobby and room was cosy and had a nice warm feeling. Parking was underneath the hotel at a fee and breakfast was included in the form of room service via the restaurant next door.Show More

The suite was clean, had many comforts of home and a love...My daughter and I chose to stay at Pan Pacific Mountainside as our first choice for accommodation during our annual mother/daughter getaway. The suite was clean, had many comforts of home and a lovely backdrop. We enjoyed the fireplace and slept well. The location was ideal…close enough to many shops and attractions yet tucked away for more quiet and privacy. Thank you to all the staff from upon our arrival until our departure. From the start with the most courteous check in experience, to housekeeping, to the front desk attendant replacing our wet umbrellas for dry ones, to the bell-hop for his assistance with our luggage and to the valet attendant wishing us safe travels back home. We shall surely be pleased to return during winter to experience the ski-in, ski-out option and will be happy to recommend Pan Pacific Mountainside to our friends, family and colleagues!Show More

The suite was fabulous with a full kitchen, (which we used), a comfortable bed, balcony, good ...This was our first stop (for two nights) on our driving tour in Canada and we couldn’t have been happier. The suite was fabulous with a full kitchen, (which we used), a comfortable bed, balcony, good bathroom and the central location meant we just walked everywhere. We hired bikes from within the centre and enjoyed the variety of trails. We used the onsite laundry which was very reasonable at $2 a load. Loved hearing all the Aussie accents around the place and having a chat. Our only problem was that we missed it when we first arrived due to work going on at the front. Once we were in all was fine. The parking garage was a bit tight space wise and cost $32 per night. The staff were all very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.Show More

Yulia at the front desk welcomed us with her warm and friendly smile, kudos to Charlie as well, was so proactive, polite and helped us with our luggages. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was relaxing and safe. Breakfast was delicious! Staff were so kind. There was an incident at the breakfast area while we were eating and the staff handled it professionally and let the guests felt safe. (Kid spilled milk and broke a glass). I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service.Show More
