We have never visited Toronto from USA. Drove in late. Check in instructions fairly clear but couldn’t find key box. Once we found key box, we then couldn’t find a parking spot. Once we found a parkin...We have never visited Toronto from USA. Drove in late. Check in instructions fairly clear but couldn’t find key box. Once we found key box, we then couldn’t find a parking spot. Once we found a parking spot, we couldn’t pay for said spot due to the parking payer system being offline. Security staff friendly. Entry area very busy. Arrived in condo to find just ok amenities. Condo nicely decorated but worn walls and doors, etc. Balcony was nothing to write home about but could see the street side. No “garden terrace” per description. Instead, a 5th floor roof area that we had to ask about with no greenery or view. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Kitchen and living room were nice. Lighting not ample. No ice but plenty of refrigerator space. No storage for suitcases or folded clothing but decent closets. Area of the city on the far side of tourist area. Close to St Lawrence market. Quiet halls in building. Carpet could use some cleaning. Well working and fast elevators. Excellent communication by management. Mixed feelings about the value for the price. But, overall very good stay. Show More

We booked a business suite for two families (five adults), but th...Just FYI, this is more of a hotel apartment than a regular hotel, so no lobby or waiting area, and all communication is done via text. We booked a business suite for two families (five adults), but the setup wasn’t super private (one open room without a door) and there was only one bathroom. Because of that, we ended up grabbing another room when we arrived, which added extra cost beyond our budget. On the bright side, the staff was really quick to help us get the extra room, which we appreciated. The location is super convenient, bus stop just a few steps away, lots of restaurants around, and the place was super clean with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Overall, we enjoyed it and would come back!Show More

There wasn't much shampoo, though, so we had to buy more, and the sink was clogged. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of major sites! Also, the main negative issues were the mattress in one of the beds was too hard, I had to sleep on pillows, and the you need blackout shades, it was very bright at night because of the courtyard lights. Also, some of the advertised tv channels were not available. Overall, though, it was great!Show More

The staff was always available by text to answer any questions I had. The area around the Panorama Suites is undergoing gentrification and can feel a little sketchy at times, but I still felt safe. Having a Starbucks in the building was an added bonus. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms, as it was difficult for four women to get ready with just one mirror in the bathroom.Show More
