Perfect location along the strip. We've stayed at this hotel before and we've always had a positive experience. Check in was a breeze this time. We came in before 4pm and the kiosks were available to ...Perfect location along the strip. We've stayed at this hotel before and we've always had a positive experience. Check in was a breeze this time. We came in before 4pm and the kiosks were available to use. The staff at the front desk were also on hand if you prefer that. One staff was also there to assist those using the kiosks. The pool wasn't crowded late in the afternoon, so there were lots of unoccupied lounge chairs near the pool. Lifeguards were very attentive, and would call out those who were not observing the pool rules. Lots of restaurants in and around the property, so lots of options to choose from. Wifi in the room was not ideal, only 2 devices allowed for the free wifi and we had to phone for assistance when only 1 device could sign in every time. Staff was very helpful in addressing this concern. On our 3rd day, we noticed the stuff on the tray got changed, and had to call front desk, in case we get charged by mistake. Was told they'd make a note on our room so we would have no problems on check out. Overall, we had another great experience at this hotel, and we will definitely be back.Show More

Would have been charged every day for parking if we didnt already have to go talk to them about the key not working in the parkade (which forced us to pay pay out of pocket to leave the parkade after we already paid for the day and were told we could enter or exit as we pleased) as they didnt activiate the room key for the parkade after saying they did. If you say you have a vehicle they assume you have the car every day you stay and will charge you. We only had the car the first few days, so they removed the parking fee for the other three days. Ive never had to go to this many times to the help desk on a stay on Vegas in my life. They also are not very accommodating or overly kind except for the lady who removed the parking fees. Show More

Not because they didn't have rooms but because the lady didn't want to deal with it I was expecting free upgrade told her I'd pay for it she replied that she was extremely busy with check ins. Then go to iron blouse the next morning and the ironing board was completely bent and would not stand imagine a somersault that was the ironing board and hair dryer and my hair is very short pixie would dry for 20 seconds and shut off. Such a elegant resort with crazy fees I would hope to have a ironing board and blow dryer in working orderShow More

After we checked in and went up to our assigned room, we were surprised that it was already occupied! Luckily the guest was not there and we didn't walk in on anything, but it was unsettling to know that the front desk can give out our room key at any time and someone could have come into our room. We did get another room but nothing else was offered. There are no shops to really shop around for, and the restaurants there are overpriced like any other restaurant on the strip. Show More
