During my recent stay, I placed a “Do Not Disturb” card in front of my room hoping to have some peace and quiet. But in spite of me putting the card, the housekeeping people still knocked on my door! Ridiculous! When I confronted the front office staff regarding this issue, not only did she NOT offer any apology, she sought to deflect blame and responsibility and refuse to take any accountability. Her face and demeanor displayed nonchalance and a “I don’t really care about you” attitude. Such unprofessional behavior sucks and stinks! As such, I will strongly encourage people to stay away from this hotel UNLESS you want to have your privacy violated and service staff to ignore you when you need them the mostShow More

The daily maintenance and upkeep were handled by the professional hotel crew, ensuring everything was always prompt and to a high standard. We want to give a special commendation to Jasmine. Filtered water tap is also installed so no bottled water was purchased! Gym is OK, not too busy, pool is gorgeous on the 4th floor, breakfast at the hotel restaurant was always good, nice selection and great service. Only a few mins walk to the MRT, and under cover for most of the way if raining. Reading other reviews about 'rooms are dated' - yes, they're not brand new but they're still very, very nice, with double the room space of some other hotels and in my mind the price is reflected. Great hotel, we'll definitely be staying again for family visits.Show More
