Lawson is inside of the hotel and there is also shake shack located inside of the hotel and a buffet restaurant with American and Japanese cuisine and its so good. Laundry facilities are honestly so convenient and the rooms are bigger than most places. I had 3 big hard luggages that fit perfect with extra room for my baby to run around. The amenities are awesome from shampoo conditioner and body wash and body scrub towel, but the body scrub is just a soft towel to wash your body. There's a tub and a stand up area to bathe. The face wash did a very good job of washing off oils from the day. The toothpaste was simple and a little minty was perfect since I forgot mine. Loved that I could go to the park during the day with my little family and just walk out the gates of usj and into our hotel. The convenience is unmatched. And if you want to do extra shopping right across is Universal city walk with food and shops. We did come with a baby and they pushed the beds together for us and gave a little kit with slippers and a towel for baby. Pillows are a bit flat but just putting two pillows on each other it was comfortable enough. One pillow has beads in it and one is just regular.Show More

There’s also a 24 hour Lawsons in the hotel itself, which was so helpful! There is a washing machine/dryer and water dispenser on every floor, and we were thankfully allocated a room near this so it was easy to do washing and get water. The room amenities are delightful - from the many toiletries to the instant soups and the pyjamas. There’s also a small gym (which we didn’t use).Show More

Shake shack and Lawson directly downstairs which is good. Complimentary water, which was replenished as well a lots of extra toiletries. Bath was very luxurious and toilet was separate. Didn’t get a chance to explore the other floors but they had extra things like ice, water and laundry. Wifi wasn’t working great but there was a note about that. Fridge also kept things icy cold which I enjoyed! Something to note is you have to pay additional tax on arrival even if you have already paid for your room.
