The bed was pretty comfortable. The eco-friendly amenities provided that you could opt into daily was really nice to have. The location was great for us. While it was a bit further away from Shinjuku and Shibuya than others may have liked, but we really liked being in a slightly quieter part of town and less busy train station. We loved having the nice view, so that when we were packing you could still feel the heartbeat of the city! This hotel was our last stop in our trip around Japan, so when we were resting our feet and a bit tired to go out, it didn't feel like we were missing out. We didn't feel like we needed to go to an observation deck and that freed up our schedule a bit more to do other things. Overall, we would maybe stay here again - but we would know better what to expect. We did not opt in for the breakfast, we enjoyed going out and getting coffee and breakfast.Show More

We were in an Airbnb in Tokyo for a week and then headed to Osaka and Kyoto for just over a week before coming back to the Park Hotel for our last days in Tokyo, and were going to forward some of our bags to the hotel before we left for Osaka, but they would have arrived 2 days before our check in, so I called the hotel to see if they would hold them for the few days, and they very kindly told us we could drop them off before we left Tokyo and they would hold them for us until we got back, which was amazing and saved us so much hassle and money! When we did check in, the concierge and front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely, a little small for queen rooms but very comfortable, and the one king room we had was very spacious, so would recommend getting a king if you can. We ate in the Art dining room the two evenings we were there as we were too tired the first night to go looking for somewhere nearby, and the gorgonzola, walnut and honey pizza was so good we came back for it the second night! The staff in the restaurant were so lovely too, really made an effort to chat to us all, especially my 7 year old daughter. We all throughly enjoyed our stay here, location was great as well with the trains running right nearby (you can hear them a little bit but not enough to interrupt your sleep unless you are a very light sleeper), so would highly recommend staying there!Show More

Despite trying to follow a given guide map this was difficult, to say the least. We learnt through experience that you need to take the correct elevator ( only one does) down to level B1, then it’s much easier! The hotel lobby is on the 25th floor, with great city views, including Mount Fuji at sunset (on a clear day ) a drinks machine for the use of all guests all day for coffee, hot chocolate etc. We were warmly and professionally greeted on arrival. Check in was swift and efficient. Our queen room on the 33rd floor was adequate, if a little small. Straight away we noticed the train noise ( despite a blind and a shutter) so tried to change rooms. No luck! I presume all rooms suffer being almost directly above the station, but it may be hard finding a hotel in Tokyo that isn’t! The hotel has many art works scattered around. The hotel is modern and pleasing. The staff make this hotel what it is, especially maitre d’s who organise everything so professionally. There’s a wide variety of foods for breakfast, mostly acceptable. My main complaint would be that the ordered hot foods, like scrambled eggs, omelettes and eggs Benedict looked great but served on cold plates were never hot. Such a disappointment. The breakfast service does get busy and they also use the dining room ( which is smaller and more intimate) as needed.Show More

The room itself was spotless and spacious, and the location is unbeatable. The building is directly connected to a bridge leading to a train station just 3 minutes away, and a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, and around 12 minutes from Ginza.
