I unexpectedly experienced a medical emergency on my first night at the Park Hyatt Auckland. The team's fast assistance and professional response was invaluable. They turned a potential disaster into a successfully salvaged vacation, adjusting our reservation on the fly and even welcoming us back from the emergency room with fruit and tea. I don’t recommend having a medical emergency while on holiday, but if fate insists, this is the place I'd want to be.Show More

Service was outstanding (shout out to Yoon, concierge, who helped my wife and I plan our stay. His recommendations were all incredible and he was incredibly nice, professional, and courteous).
