This was our second time here for a quick night out away from our kids and it was awesome once again. Even before we arrived Vanessa from the Concierge reached out to us about our stay. Then she and F...This was our second time here for a quick night out away from our kids and it was awesome once again. Even before we arrived Vanessa from the Concierge reached out to us about our stay. Then she and Fay (who checked us in and facilitated our amazing room upgrade) had a cake and two fresh cocktails (Thanks to Dan Delgado - who I finally got to meet!) waiting for us. Our luggage was waiting for us in the room and our room looked great. From there we headed down to the fitness center/pool/hot tub. We had a good hard workout in the clean fitness center, and the locker room worked very well for us. Dinner and cocktails at the Nomi Lounge was very fun and delicious.Our server, Sean, did a nice job taking care of us. We each had a couple cocktails (made to perfection by Luiz).One of the cocktails was a bit too smokey for me (the one with the scotch). We ordered a couple of drinks that were not on the menu, but Luiz nailed them both. Then I asked if I could try my first "smoky" drink without the scotch in it and it was incredible! Nice work Luiz (and Dan). We had a fun night sitting next two another couple with a cute little doggy named Winston. Fun Fun night. Breakfast was soooo tasty. We actually had the same server that we had back in January and he remembered us. Mr. Gabriel, it was great to see him again. We made our way back to the room and our tub wouldn't hold water. We called and they sent up Ms. Erica to fix it. She and her boss spent a bunch of time fixing it and eventually were successful. That was the first bummer of a situation at a Park Hyatt. I was pleased to see how tirelessly the Hyatt team worked together to solve the issue. Even Maya at the front desk was ready to find us another room to take a soak in the tub. She sent up a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates as an apology for the tub mishap. Overall, another amazing experience at the PH Chicago. I love coming here. I am excited for the next time!Show More

While the city view wasn’t the most dramatic in Chicago, the floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with natural light, creating a bright, open, and relaxing atmosphere that felt truly peaceful after a long day. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and every detail — from the lighting controls to the bathroom amenities — reflected thoughtful attention to comfort and quality. The service stood out just as much. Every staff member I encountered was warm, genuine, and professional. From check-in to housekeeping, everything ran seamlessly, and requests were handled quickly and gracefully. It really felt like the kind of discreet, intuitive hospitality that makes Park Hyatt special. The bar downstairs was another highlight — stylish yet cozy, with attentive bartenders who make excellent cocktails and are happy to recommend local favorites. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and people-watch after exploring the city. Overall, Park Hyatt Chicago balances modern luxury with quiet comfort. As native Chicagoans, We chose this magnificent mile location to celebrate as I truly love the attention to detail that a luxury brand brings to hospitality. They absolutely hit the mark. At check in we were notified that we had been upgraded complimentary to a high floor suite. The room was beautiful and well appointed with a soaking tub and a striking view of the lake and city. The concierge team, initiated by Casey Frankel, also sent up complimentary sparkling wine and cake. Every request was met quickly, and everyone on staff seemed to truly enjoy helping us. Attention to detail is so imperative in properties that charge a premium, and Park Hyatt left us feeling celebrated and honored to share our birthday weekend together. Well done! The family suite typically includes treats for little ones, but traveling with a teenager typically means they are forgotten -- not at the Park Hyatt! She was greeted with candy & snacks any teenager would devour! The service was amazing - they think of everything. And when I needed something, they jumped to help. We even forgot an item in the room and within minutes of reaching out, three different people responded and found the item. While NoMi restaurant is a treat - so, too is the Champagne bar in the lobby. Really wonderful way to start the holidays!Show More
