Overall, we were happy with the property, layout, restaurants, location and vibe of the property. The actual room was not good. The storage was ridiculous. There were no towel racks in the bathroom...Overall, we were happy with the property, layout, restaurants, location and vibe of the property. The actual room was not good. The storage was ridiculous. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. All the towels are just piled on the sink vanity. For wet towels, you had two choices, one robe peg in the bathroom or a leather looking hook behind the main entry door. There are no drawers in the room at all! The closet is a standup wardrobe cabinet with a slim metal bar that does not extend side to side, but instead is oriented front to back in the middle of the wardrobe with only four provided hangers. We just had to pile our clothes on an upper and lower shelf in the wardrobe. I would say the bed was comfortable for sleeping but the sheets were incredibly rough. I even gave myself a "rug-burn" on my elbow simply changing positions while attempting to sleep. I still have a nasty scab one week later. Bottom line, the property is fine but the room sucked. The night stands were simply a wood box with an opening in front. No drawers were built into night stands. We were told it was a roll in shower room, but it was a tub with handicap bars. Very difficult to take a shower and the seat was too low for a handicap person. Very difficult to get in and out of tub. I simply expected more from MGM properties. Casino was small and people were not friendly. Eateries were ok, not spectacular. The pools and hot tubs were nice and ran well. I would not recommend nor stay in Park MGM again.Show More

The room had dirty windows, dirty full size mirror, there was a suspicious stain on the bed cover which the housekeeping apparently tried to hide by putting a sheet on top of the cover! The room also lacked the basics--no fridge or microwave, no coffee maker. No complimentary coffee at all on the property including the casino. I had $75 food credit which hasn't been automatically applied to my room charges which required me to go check out in person, at which point it turned out I was also charged $18 for a bottle of Fiji water that I didn't touch. There are water and snacks in the room sitting in a tray with a warning that there's a sensor detecting if you take anything. I suspect that there are a lot of incorrect charges, so look at your bill closely.Show More

I love how everything is in walking distance. If we wanted to go to the store you have ABC mart, CVS, and Walgreens near by. If you wanted to go shopping their were a lot of shopping stores near by. There's also a food court across the street, Denny's, pasta spot in MGM, etc. If you going to an event the arena is right across the street. Everything is so convenient. Alicia at the check in was awesome. She was so nice and pleasant. Rooms had a dirty sheet sitting on top of clean sheets house keeping came right away and clean up. The beds was probably the best hotel bed I ever slept on...So comfortable. Would definitely go back.....Show More
