Absolutely faultless stay at this hotel which is in a great location a short stroll from Waterloo Underground and right on the embankment. My room was huge with a separate kitchenette and seating area...Absolutely faultless stay at this hotel which is in a great location a short stroll from Waterloo Underground and right on the embankment. My room was huge with a separate kitchenette and seating area, very clean and bathroom had large shower and a bath with good quality complimentary cosmetics not supplied in tiny little plastic wasting packaging. I was also impressed with the incentive this hotel has adopted of offering a little gift if you chose not to utilise housekeeping. Great idea as I would imagine many visitors are there for a short stay and don’t require housekeeping for short durations. However anything you needed would be provided to the point where the polite and attentive staff seemed quite disconcerted that I would go down and ask for little things I had run out of ( eg tea bags) rather than pressing 0 and having them delivered. I didn’t have breakfast but could see the breakfast area from the glass lifts and it looked very appetising. There was also complimentary fruit and water provided in reception and bottled water in the room. I visit London frequently and this will definitely be my hotel of choice for future visits.Show More

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, hell und äußerst komfortabel eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Besonders gefreut hat uns die Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein – eine herzliche Geste, die den Aufenthalt gleich noch besonderer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine große Auswahl – perfekt für einen guten Start in den Tag. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren begeistert und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in London auf jeden Fall wieder!Show More
