We stayed in an apartment with one room and one living room, a social bathroom and a suite bathroom with both bathtub (both hand and wall shower) and shower cabin (only wall shower); the amenities are...We stayed in an apartment with one room and one living room, a social bathroom and a suite bathroom with both bathtub (both hand and wall shower) and shower cabin (only wall shower); the amenities are wall mounted, two dental kits and two shaving kits, shower caps, shoe care mitt, lots of towels, good water pressure (8th floor), robes and sleepers. Very good indeed for a 4 star.The kitchenette is fully equipped for a family of four, with electric stove, microwave, coffee espresso and a kettle (tea and coffee available); complimentary Cava; 4 bottles of water, 33cl. Table with four chairs. Desk with chair and with different electrical outlet styles in the wall (Great, indeed. Still, we had our travel adapters). The beds are comfortable (I like a firm mattress; this was softer so it will go in between personal preferences). The breakfast has everything you would expect in a great continental breakfast; they keep refilling it until the very last minute; the staff there is very efficient.The hotel is at a less than a 5 minute walk to Victoria Station, so it’s great if you’re coming from Gatwick; and back and forth about the city by both tube or bus; and for the Harry Potter’s Studio tour bus (behind the train station, in the Victoria bus station). Very short walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Parliament Houses, etc. Lots of restaurants around the hotel (the hotel has a restaurant), our favorites for dinner: The Duke of York Pub; St. George’s Tavern; Nando’s. You also may order in with Uber. You have a Sainsbury's at a 2 minute walk. The hotel has great staff; we had our bags stored when we arrived and when we checked out for our late flight. We had a great time in London, and getting back to Park Plaza at the end of a tiring day was rewarding as it provided us with a nice rest. Thank you.Show More
