The staff went above and beyond — they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and were incredibly accommodating in making sure we received a great room. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. Our room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom looked newly renovated with a clean, modern design. A nice touch was the L’Occitane toiletries, which elevated the overall feel and showed how much care they put into even the small details. We also enjoyed ending the evening with a drink on their rooftop, which offers a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views of the city. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, great service, and thoughtful touches that made our celebration memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver — we’ll definitely be back.show more

When we arrived we were a little disappointed because the rooms were older than the photos. Yet, first impressions are sometimes wrong and the hotel was extremly clean and we had an amazing stay. Yet, first impressions are sometimes wrong and the hotel was extremly clean and we had an amazing stay. There is one elevator that is not working but it did not cause absolutely any trouble for us, we did not have to wait for the working one more than 1 minute any time. It is located really close to Granville Market and it has a supermarket really close, which was very convenient for our late night arrival. Vancouver downtown is at 10 min walking, which was really nice, as the hotel is close but not on the city center, so no bothering sounds during the night!show more
