Although on the more expensive side for me personally, the location was perfect with e...This hotel is absolutely brilliant, I loved my three night stay recovering from 34hrs of travel to NZ beforehand! Although on the more expensive side for me personally, the location was perfect with everything easily within walking distance. The nearby park & botanical gardens were definitely my favourite! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful & the room had everything you could possibly need & more - the jacuzzi bath was a very nice touch! I can’t comment on the facilities as didn’t end up using these but the breakfast & food was great. My only bit of feedback would be, I hadn’t realised there was no lift to many of the rooms & getting a 30kg suitcase up their solo with an injury was definitely a bit of a challenge! The breakfast area is also quite small so got very busy at times! Would absolutely recommend & would definitely stay again!Show More

The staff were exceptional, nothing to much trouble. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
