The pool/lagoon is big and attractive. There are plenty of poolside lounges. The underground carpark is very handy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool side service is good. The foyer smells good as. Together with the light jazz playing and waterfall when you roll up in the driveway it gives a luxurious feeling. Also the lagoon pool is lovely! The sand is so soft its like...The foyer smells good as. Together with the light jazz playing and waterfall when you roll up in the driveway it gives a luxurious feeling. Also the lagoon pool is lovely! The sand is so soft its like powder. Ergonomic layout with the "beach" side and then some shadey spots on the other side for us pale folk to retreat to. Also the suspense of not knowing when the waterfall was going to suddenly start kept things exciting. The cocktails are delicious and they let you drink them while chilling in the pool. The staff were all really friendly and all seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. Also food is really good. Our favourite was the octopus balls. I didn't even like octopus before but that all changed when I tried those octopus balls. The location is perfect you don't need a car, main street is literally a 5 min walk away. My husband and I got married in Port Douglas and I'm so glad we picked Peppers to stay at. Overall 10/10 will definitely stay at here again!Show More
