El hotel en genera...La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de varias paradas de metro y autobús importantes y si prefieres caminar, también tienes cerca muchas cosas de las que ver en esta preciosa ciudad. El hotel en general está muy bien, pero hemos notado un poco descuidado el tema de la limpieza, en la habitación y en las zonas comunes. Cierto es que estaban en obras en las primeras plantas, pero no veías suciedad de obra, sino que daba sensación de cierta dejadez en la limpieza general. El desayuno es fantástico, de hotel 5 estrellas, variedad y calidad y el personal todo maravilloso, siempre con una sonrisa y con muy trato y atención. Solo necesitan revisar la limpieza (baños sobretodo cuando hay cambio de huésped) podría ser un despiste, pero en toda la estancia notamos que no se limpiaba como es debido, por eso lo destaco.Show More

Not Good : - breakfast is the same food during my 4 night stay - air conditioning is a bit noisy - no mirror in the room ( need to wait for the bathroom is available to use the mirror in the bathroom) - no box of tissue is provided in the room - the bathroom is always wet after shower due to its design and the use of basin is not practical ( water tends to splash everywhere- refer photo)Show More

На ресепшене там очень хорошо встретили,а особенно милая Наталья,и сказали что номер скоро будет готов и мы можем заселиться раньше)И спустя 20 минут нас заселили. Номер большой,чистый,хороший запах в комнате.Есть кондиционер,чистая постель,удобная кровать. Есть абсолютно все что нужно для хорошего проживания,и чайник с чашками и чаем,и бесплатно две бутылочки воды,и в ванной комнате все вплоть до зубных щеток и крема для тела.Холодильник. Расположение прям центральное!!Но самое роскошное это балкончик.Мы в восторге!! Вы молодцы!Желаю Вам процветания и много гостей❤️❤️❤️ В следующий раз обязательно к Вам🌸Show More
