Upon checking in, the staf...The hotel room was cozy, with a beautiful view, a hot tub, and a fireplace. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, causing me to suffer from back pain afterward. Upon checking in, the staff informed me that I could extend my checkout time by simply calling in the morning. Although I hadn’t requested this, I had already arranged our checkout arrangements based on their instructions. When I called to inquire about the extension, they informed me that they were unable to accommodate it that day. To add to the inconvenience, there was a hot tub in the room, but no slippers were provided. When we contacted the reception, they informed us that slippers could be purchased for $4. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor customer service.Show More

The location was great, and the amenities like the fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and private hot tub were definitely highlights. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall comfort level was disappointing. The bed was extremely firm and made it hard to sleep well. The hot pool wasn’t warm enough, which was a letdown, especially on a chilly night. In the morning, we were woken up early by a housekeeping staff member speaking loudly on the phone in the hallway — quite disruptive. The hotel feels old and is definitely in need of renovations. Overall, it was a mixed experience — some charming features, but not quite the restful stay we had hoped for.Show More

The info in the r...The hotel is located at the entrance to the North Village and it’s in a very convenient location for exploring Whistler. We could have asked the desk but we could not find the pool. The info in the room said there was a pool and hot tub but no location. The room has everything you need for a short or long term stay. My suggestion is to back in to your parking spot as the spaces are small and walls and posts make it a tight fit. It took about a fifty point turn to leave my space and I couldn’t have done it without a friend guiding me. I saved the worst for last. We had silverfish in our bathroom so that was not pleasant.Show More
