Room was clean 6. Room was huge! Cons: 1. Room a bit outdated (especially the bathroom tub, walls and door) 2. Tub was kind of gross with a constant drip and hard water build up around drain 3. Bathroom was tiny 4. Lighting around sink area was dull 5. Room location we had was on 7th floor, but looked at roof and garage (probably the WORST location possible) In summary, we thought we were getting a decent hotel due to it being 3rd highest price in the downtown area after Circa and Golden Nugget, but the rooms were outdated, but maybe the Luxe rooms would be better. I talked with another couple who had stayed at The D and they said the rooms there were updated and nicer and from what I could tell, they were cheaper too. While we loved the location, unless I had a free room, I don't think I would stay here again. I think there are other options for nicer accommodations and likely cheaper.Show More

We are dissatisfied with the rooms. We have tried two different rooms with one having blood on the walls and both being dusty, dirty tubs and not swepted. We have currently been waiting for about 30 minutes in the hallway while the manager checks several rooms to see if they are suitable to live in. He never came down the hallway to greet us, apologize, or even acknowledge us. After watching him go into 7 rooms plus rooms and not come to let us know if room is available, tells us that none of them are. This is unacceptable!! He finally spoke to us with only 1 room that was acceptable and when we asked to upgrade he said we have nothing avaliable, only in the north tower but you wont like the view. We dont mind the view we want clean rooms. I would like to be compensated for our time and inconvenience. We were never compensated nor did management apologize.Show More

First room I was given was horrible and I’ve stayed with plaza three times in the last month( family medical emergencies) I stayed in the room till the morning then when the hot water didn’t work, the sink didn’t drain and it had a weird almost bug spray smell … I asked for another room. Next room was a luxe instead of premier and that’s all I’m booking from here on out. Clean, hot water and water pressure worked, sink drained properly, room smelled amazing … very happy after that. I just wish the other rooms could get a little upgrade as I love the hotel and location but luxe sells out fast. Overall happy with the hotel and the girl at the front helped quickly and I’m Thankful for the staff.Show More

I still like staying here as this has been my new go to hotel but the lack of customer care was a little off putting this stay. Then we asked for new towels and trash pick up, they told me to take off the DND from the door, put trash outside and they'll drop towels off. Which they did but then we didn't have any new trash bags. Again just little things that shouldn't be issues. The ice machine was a huge issue for alot of people that stayed there.Show More
