While we were unable to enjoy the attractions of the Fremont Street Experience during this stay, the location of this hotel directly at the head of Fremont Street is very attractive if you want to walk across the street to get there. Despite the poor showing by the employee discussed in the next question, I really would rate the remainder of the staff with 10 stars out of 5 for courtesy and helpfulness, starting with the desk agent who noted my spouse's difficulty with walking and placed us in the tower closest to the parking lot, to the cleaning staff who were immediately forthcoming with requested supplies. However, the behavior of the employee noted below was egregious enough to cause my low rating.
If you don't want to hear the noise of Fremont Street, you'll want to be in a higher floor or in the South Tower. We were in the South Tower this time and noted very little noise. I believe the South Tower is older than the North Tower and the room showed that. It was spotlessly clean but showed age and wear such as damage to the bottom of the toilet/tub door as noted in the next question. Plenty of USB charging locations were provided which is always appreciated in our modern, digital, power-hungry world.

I liked the location. Honestly the grumpy old guy who checked us in and had no customer service appeal. Not friendly at all. The beds were hard and had to request extra pillows to try to make it comfortable. We ran out of toilet paper and the shower made a LOUD shrill when trying to use hot water. There was a non working lock on the door and it felt like someone could walk in at any time. I heard you had updated just not on floor 21 yet and honestly can’t believe for the price how unimpressed I was. I won’t stay here again. The quality and value are just non existent.

10/10 Susan is amazing
“We had a fantastic experience during our stay, thanks to the wonderful staff. Susan at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We shared the reason for our visit, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were placed in a room close to where we needed to be. Her warm and welcoming attitude made a great first impression, and we truly appreciated her assistance.
Our room was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near the conference rooms, which made our stay even more convenient. The space was well-maintained, and we were able to get a good night’s rest without any disturbances.
Housekeeping was also excellent—friendly, efficient, and quick to respond to any requests. They kept our room spotless and made sure we had everything we needed. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the guests’ experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. A huge thank you to Susan and the rest of the team for making our visit so enjoyable. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed!

8/10 It was an experience…
It wasn’t a terrible stay. You need to do away with the automated phone service. Its was of no help what so ever. It was quite frustrating. Upon arrival there were no towels in our room. I called the broom service for towels and got the automated service and it just kept looping me around and then it wouldn’t let me leave a voicemail because the voicemail box was full. I had to call the front desk to get towels took them a little over a a little over a hour to bring towels. Complimentary coffee in the rooms would have been nice and maybe a mini fridge. The staff, however, was friendly and very helpful!

10/10 Awesome stay will definitely stay there again
Location was awesome we enjoy the location close to literally everything on Fremont Street! Motel room was very clean the only down fall is that you needed to ring 24 hours ahead for cleaning, and that’s even if you wanted toilet paper!
Restaurants are nothing to write home about but overall great location

I have stayed here a few times prior.
The only thing, there was not a concierge on our arrival so we needed to roll our luggage to the registration desk.
At the registration desk, the line signs were right next to each other so someone that prepaid and just need a room key was still dumped into anyone that had to go through the process.
Our room was not ready, that was okay because our bags were held at luggage hold (secured) so that we could go for lunch.
Clean rooms, extra towels delivered in proper time too
I'll stay again.

2/10 Would not recommend this hotel especially if you have bad allergies.
The worse hotel ever. The room was soooo dirty there was dust everywhere as if they never cleaned the room for months. The carpet smell bad. I will never return to that hotel ever again. And when I tried to check out this lady was not friendly at all and talked to me as if I was begging her for money.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I come to Las Vegas 2 to 3 times a year and I ALWAYS look forward to staying in the Plaza Hotel. Perfect location to me right on end of Fremont Street. Best value for a high-quality clean well maintained and affordable hotel. 👌🏼

10/10 Marlette shines the reception area!
Marlette at reception made this entire stay at the Plaza most comfortable! She provided myself and other guests with all the information about the Plaza Hotel! It was her friendly smile and positive attitude that was so comforting! I felt that this was the hotel I belonged in!

10/10 Affordable Fremont Street
I love the location, Fremont Street has great restaurants and entertainment. The room was comfortable, clean and I had a great view of Fremont Street. Self parking was a plus for me, it wasn’t too far of a walk to the hotel and I didn’t need to valet.

1/10 Avoid if you can. They also slap a $39 resort fee after you book and check in.
This is probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Noisy fan in the bathroom and a/c unit and no towels. They don’t think much of their guests.
