We were upgraded (no extra cost) to an amazing room with a terrace overlooking the city, the location was ideal as we could easily walk to the Puerta Del Sol and everything else around inner Madrid, and the hotel restaurant was great (we dined there several times!). All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - the team spent quite a while on the phone assisting with our upcoming train trip, and Raul went out of his way to get us something we really needed at 5.30 in the morning.Show More
