Staff was not able to give us an estimate on when rooms would be ready because they were still "dirty" Finally was able to get a room at 5:45pm when we returned to the desk asking for an update and keys asap as we were to be somewhere and hadn't even had time to get ready. It ruined our evening plans and we had very upset daughters. They did not offer a discount or anything for the future which is very poor customer service. Never had this experience anywhere else.
