I booked this property through a third-party travel agent (Expedia) for an overseas trip. Unfortunately, my outbound flight was cancelled—something completely beyond my control. The travel agent advi...I booked this property through a third-party travel agent (Expedia) for an overseas trip. Unfortunately, my outbound flight was cancelled—something completely beyond my control. The travel agent advised me to contact the property directly to request a refund, as they hoped the hotel might consider the circumstances. When I contacted the reservation team, they cancelled the booking but told me to speak with Expedia for the refund. However, Expedia later informed me that the hotel refused to authorize the refund. Because of this, I was left without any support from the property despite the situation being unavoidable. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend booking here, as Pride Plaza appears unwilling to assist customers during unforeseen emergencies and seems more focused on keeping the payment than helping their guests. Reservation team is scammer.Show More
