Great location and very nice helpful concierge. However, apartment overpriced and not executive standard. It needs renovation, blinds do not block out light in morning, so woken up very early. It needs renovation, blinds do not block out light in morning, so woken up very early. And at night the blinds become sheer and let adjoining office building see into the living room and bedroom. Located on top floor, which allows a lot of mechanical noise into the apartment from air conditioning units on the roof. Several start up, one after another, including a very noisy unit servicing the apartment. Kitchen ok, but take your own kitchen towel if a long stay. No facial tissues. Little things matter.
