Location was superb at Tsim Sha Tsui and near Victoria Harbour. The hotel connects to the Harbour City commercial complex and has a pathway towards Ocean Terminal if you wish to take the ferry to the Hong Kong island and New Territories. Special shoutout to concierge Mr. JACKIE CHEUNG who was extremely helpful to the hotel guests. He helped me solve my problem with my SIM card and gave me bottles of drinking water when I requested for them.Show More

Honestly speaking, it was a complete disaster. They supose to “upgrade” me but it felt that they gave me the only room available. It was a room that was under renovation. Location was great with shopping right at the door step and Tsim Sha Shui station only a 9-minute walk away.
