The staff including the concierges greeted us every time we came into the lobby, and said goodbye each time we left. The cleaners were kind. The hotel itself was quiet and unfussy. Our room was spacious. We stayed in one of the non-renovated rooms and it was very comfortable. The downstairs seating area in the main lobby was small but comfortable. For Manhattan, the Park Avenue location was nice and quiet. We hope to say in the Prince Kitano again.Show More

The hotel is excellently situated for getting about and the Tartinery nearby is great for breakfast. The bed is comfortable. The rooftop bar has good views but the guy who makes the cocktails was sick. They also let us check out an hour later. However the rooms are compact and in serious need of updating. Whilst it was nice to have a toilet with a heated seat, we would have swapped it for a modern shower which worked well rather than one which almost qualified as an antique. Staff very friendly and helpful.Show More
