8/10 Nice rooms and friendly service
We upgraded our room to a suite which was lovely with big windows and lots of room. It had been renovated but still had some old parts and one wardrobe door was broken (we didn't complain about it as it didn't really affect us). Hotel is in a park which is lovely and close to Tokyo Tower. Beds were comfortable and the pool was super clean. Staff were happy to hold our luggage for several hours after we checked out

Hotel front desk and the place they hold your luggage very friendly staff in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner not friendly at all they follow you all the time making sure you stay in your seat and don’t take food with you. They don’t let you take out food even if you seat at the bar. I seat at the bar and ask for fries eat some want to finish to my room they said no take out with a rude look. Not friendly at all. And it’s expensive eat in the restaurants in the hotel. Train station it’s close get cash for the train it’s easier credit card it’s hard doesn’t work in some machines. Rooms are ok but definitely not for the price they charge you it’s overpriced for single beds in small room.

Amazing amazing amazing! Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, beautiful views. The staff gave us champagne for our honeymoon, the amenities such as razors, hair brushes, etc were great. The bathtub had a jacuzzi/massage option which I loved. Everything was fantastic

The hotel is not new, but it's in great condition. Our room overlooked the park and we enjoyed the view of the tower every evening.

9/10 Stay for the view.
The location is centralised with 3 subway stations located within walking distance to get to many places including Haneda Airport. It is a quiet neighbourhood with many convenience stores. One day, my room toilet was stuck, I reported the issue and the maintenance guys fixed it while I was away. Thumbs up for their prompt attention.

Stunning views, very large hotel with good breakfast. Decently connected, without being right in the hustle and bustle. Large room and nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Great staff. Nice spa.

The staff was wonderful. Check in was smooth as they spoke English. The hotel is beautiful with outdoor gardens and the beautiful Tokyo tower. Transportation to and from the hotel was very easy. The staff was excellent and helped us with every need. There was never a time where we had to seek out someone for help….they were there to meet all all of our needs. The rooms were spacious with gorgeous views.

10/10 Lovely hotel - run very well - and very clean.
Location was nice - we walked to the station on day 1 through lovely gardens and past Tokyo Tower.
Hotel had lovely shops and bars.
We had a view of Mt Fuji from our room.
Very clean and well stocked room.
Always a bank of taxis at the ready out front.
Reception staff were exceptional and very friendly.

6/10 There a better value for money choices in Tokyo in this price category.
Fooms are quite large. All a bit older but well maintained. Esp. bathrooms need upgrade (not suitable for this price category)

10/10 Great Tokyo tower views
Great location overlooking Tokyo Tower. Our room had a great view. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very polite and friendly. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

Likes- Exceptional view and balcony. The bathtub was great- had jets.
Could be better- The 2pm check in is very strict. It was 13:50PM and they wouldn't let us in until exactly 2PM. They also took our bags and said they'd be waiting for us up in the room but when we arrived they weren't there and we had to call down. The shower was a little outdated.

The dine in Breakfast it was a very nice experience, the cleaning service was very good, they clean every day without asking . The location, with views of the Tokyo Tower and access to adjacent Shiba Park, was excellent. The staff, the room, the service, and food -especially at the rooftop Brise Verte- were all first rate. So glad we decided to splurge on the experience as it was worth every penny!

There was an extra charge to use the swimming pool which was not made clear when the booking was made and the hotel was chosen because of the swimming pool.
I have not yet come across a hotel that charges extra to use the swimming pool.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive and the buffet breakfast and anniversary French dinner was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is exceptional! The location is great and you can walk to stores, restaurants, parks, etc. The view from our room was of the Tokyo tower and a beautiful park below. The room was very spacious!
